A short personal project, redrawing a panel from Action Comics #2, with art by Joe Shuster and written by Jerry Seigel. I was also inspired by the work of Rags Morales during the Grant Morrison run on Action Comics Vol. 2, so in this image I chose to depict Superman in a t-shirt and jeans rather than the traditional tights. I love this slightly more snarky, rough-around-the-edges incarnation of the character, so I wanted to try drawing that for myself.
